Every moment of today, as the kids have done their odd behaviors I have thought ... Oh I can't wait to post this on the blog. Surely, someone has had a kiddo do this! It also, has me reminiscing about my childhood and funny things that my parents did to try to maintain sanity. Some of the things weren't so funny then,but I can appreciate them now! My Dad must have told me way over a million times to wipe my feet...I tried to start doing this when we had one child. It made sense to me...sure it's polite to wipe your feet when going in and out of one's home. After we had our fourth child, I can't even see all the feet and they I'm so preoccupied by making sure all the van doors are shut. I don't even see them half the time. It's like a millipede crossing the threshold! I hope they do wipe their feet, but when you have a large family some of the detail things get a bit over looked. I would have to say, wipe your feet about four million times...LOL...keeping them alive every second of every day is way more important.
