The CRAZY One!

No menacing words! Do you ever feel like "The Crazy One," in your family! I DO! Really! When I first started this blog it was called Schizo Family. I thought my goodness we have so much going on, I feel like we are crazy! Now, I don't feel like my family is crazy, but that I'm just the crazy one! While my siblings are leading very active, but calm lives... my house is buzzing with loud noises, temper tantrums, a hungry teenager, explosive arguments, and ringing alarms! What is more than all of that, we have had some pretty crazy things happen to our family in the last few years that are not compariable to just the normal crazy! We have had a Ph.D. completed, a break in with a serious outcome, deaths of close friend's, and  health concerns. Sometimes I wish I lived that calm, quiet life. The one I used to have before my children came. Try as I might to do so, I live a FULL Crazy Life! I do have peaceful moments, we as a family have on purpose connection, and our friend's know that if they are going to love us, they are going to have to love the crazy! I am shocked at times how much love we get from out friend's. I do wish I could explain to my family that one day, (maybe) our lives will be calm and quiet. BUT, even if they aren't and my kids inherit " The Crazy One," gene, it will be okay because I can be their encourager and support them when they feel like others are judging them, calling them drmatic or just on those feel like a loser days! I know God is preparing me every single day for my future! He does not leave me in my crazy, He comes right along side me because HE knows a whole bunch of people who were crazy in the bible! He seems to pick out those kind of people to do HIS will! I hope I get to be one of those people who can live for HIM and keep His commands despite all that is spinning around me.
