Respect of the funniest sort ...

It is my pleasure to spend my days with our littlest daughter Avalon. In August she is heading to Pre-school. She is a darling and so much more. By no means am I saying my child is perfect, nope lots of screaming. BUT, she is learning so many new things and it's delightful to have a front row seat! We have really been working on being respectful and having manners. She is catching on...still has some trouble with starting each sentence with, "I WANT!" HEY, It takes time and a million reminders. I think my Dad told me more than a million times to wipe my feet, but it's such a instinct now I do it at church and restaurants. HAHAHA! So, the other day I said, "Ava sweetie, can you go get your boots on?" The cutest thing..." YES, SIR Mommy!" Hey it's all about the respect! Wasn't going to dare touch it! How I love her!
